The platform combines automated data extraction, facial recognition, real-time matching against relevant internal records and an automated clearance or hold workflow. Applications that pass verification proceed through an automated clearance process, while potential anomalies are placed on hold and routed to the relevant officer for investigation.
The platform has successfully processed 1,960,000 passport applications and helped identify and intercept 800+ high-risk adverse cases.
