The AI seamlessly cross-references both the extracted text and the facial biometric scan against internal government databases and digital images of persons of interest related to crime.

If the AI cross-references the applicant's details and face against
internal records and finds absolutely no issues, the application
instantly passes. The system generates a clearance report, allowing
the passport to proceed without administrative delays.
FAILED (Placed on Hold)
If the AI detects an anomaly—such as a facial match with a known
criminal, or an applicant attempting to apply twice using different
names or forged records—the application instantly fails. The system
immediately places a strict hold on the person's profile, freezing
the passport issuance and securely routing the flagged file to the
relevant manager or officer for further investigation.
